These terms apply to every order placed with NextGen Digital through this website. By placing an order you agree to them.
1. Orders
An order is confirmed when we receive its payment. Delivery times shown on our pages are in working days and start from that point. If we need information from you to begin, such as a target URL or site access, the delivery time starts once we have it.
2. Guest posts
- Each guest post is placed on the website you ordered, or on a site you approved from our shortlist.
- Publishers keep editorial control of their own websites. They may edit an article to fit their style before publishing.
- We do not place links to adult, gambling, weapons, drugs or illegal content, or to pages that copy other people’s work.
- We recommend marking paid links as sponsored. If you choose a standard link, you accept the risk that comes with it.
3. Replacement guarantee
If a link we delivered is removed within 6 months of going live, we replace it with a link on a site of similar DR and traffic at no cost. Tell us through your account or the contact page. The guarantee does not cover links removed because the target page changed, broke or moved, or because the client asked for changes after publishing.
4. SEO, content and website services
Each package has the scope described on its page. Work outside that scope is quoted separately. Articles include one round of edits. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic or revenue, because these depend on search engines and on factors outside our control.
5. Payment
Prices are in US dollars. Payment is by PayPal, Payoneer or Binance Pay (USDT). Work starts after payment. Monthly services are paid at the start of each month and can be cancelled before the next payment.
6. Refunds
Refunds follow our refund policy.
7. Website sales
Website sales are paid through escrow and governed by a separate written agreement between buyer and seller. Valuations are estimates based on the information the seller provides. We check that information, but buyers should review it themselves before making an offer.
8. Ownership
Once an order is paid in full, you own the articles and website files we create for you. Guest post articles are published on the host website, and the publisher controls that page.
